Registration
We have a limited capacity at our venue and so registration will only be open to delegates who submit an abstract until 19 July 2026. Registration will be open to everyone from 20 July – 21 August 2026. We encourage delegates to register as soon as possible to avoid missing out. Student tickets will require proof of student status, which can be a valid student card.
Registration fees include tea, coffee, juice and snacks during refreshment breaks, and lunch. Pop up food stalls will be available in the evenings for you to purchase an evening meal.
Please note that only "Presenter" tickets are available until 19 July. Once we receive your abstract we will provide you with the link to register.
In the event that you have to cancel your attendance, we will be able to offer a full refund to delegates up until 27 July, half refund 28 July – 21 August, and no refund from 22 August.
